Today we are going to discuss the top 10 strongest characters in One Piece. So let’s begin the article on the strongest and most powerful characters in One Piece.

Here we are briefly going to share only the characters who have already revealed their powers and strength).

10. Admiral Ryokugyu (Aramaki)

Admiral Ryokugyu, also known as Aramaki, is a Navy Admiral. He got his recruitment in between 2 years of a time skip, along with Fujitora. To fill the gaps of Kuzan lefting the Marins and Akainu aka Sakazuki getting promoted to Fleet Admiral.

Donquixote Doflamingo in the Dressrosa Arc was the first man to introduce Ryokugyu, and he debuted in the Levely Arc. He was first shown in action during the Wano Arc when The Fight between the Worst Generation and Kaido and Big Mom ended. He came to Wano by flying and beat two big 3 of Kaido’s team.

As an Admiral, he can use Busoshoku Haki and Kenbunshoku Haki as well. He is also a Logia-type Devil Fruit user which allows him to transform into a forest human at his will, In action with Momonosuke he took the fire breath attack on his whole body and got burned fully but he recovered himself from a sapling in some minutes.

He is weaker in front of strong fire and Haki users. As we have seen in the recent manga panels when he retreats due to the power or pressure of Shanks Conqueror’s Haki when Shanks was crossing Wano. so he is categorized under strongest character in one piece.

9. Roronoa Zoro

He is currently the wielder of three Legendary swords in one piece which are  Enma, Sandai Kitetsu, and Wado Ichimonji. He is the reincarnation of Ashura. 

The Guy from Shimotsuki Village welding 3 Legendary Swords is none other than Roronoa Zoro, Zoro is the most powerful member of the Straw Hats crew after Luffy, he is a pure Haki user. Like Dark King, he can also use all types of Haki. 

He can even use Conqueror’s Haki Coating on his blade as we have already seen in the fight against Kaido where Zoro coats all his 3 swords with Advance Conqueror’s Haki.

He was the first member of Straw Hat Pirates. He made a promise to his childhood friend Kuina and to honour the Promise he has a dream of becoming the Strongest Swords Man in the World.

8. Kuzan

He is a formal Navy Admiral before the time skipped.  After time skip he first appeared in action in the Punk Hazzard Arc where he saved a navy Vice Admiral Smoker from Doflamingo. After time skipped he joined the Revolutionary Army and then joined Black Beard Pirates.

As an ex-Admiral, he is very proficient in Busoshoku and also in Kenbunshoku Haki.  He is also a Devil Fruit user which is Ice-Ice Fruit. It’s a Logia-type Devil Fruit. Undoubtedly, he is one of the Strongest Characters in One Piece. He played a great role in Paramount War alongside Kizaru and Sakazuki.

7. Big Mom ( Charlotte Linlin)

The previous Yonko and one of the most durable characters in One Piece till now. She was the captain of Big Mom Pirates and she can use all 3 kinds of Haki. 

She was first introduced in the Fishman Island Arc and then came into action in the Whole Cake Island Arc.

She Is very powerful. She is as tall as a giant, She is very proficient in all 3 kinds of Haki. It’s also shown that even Kid And Law both have to give them their full power to stop only Big Mom, She was so durable that even Law can’t hurt her with the R-Room attack with Law’s awakened Devil Fruit.

She holds a massive crew may be around 4 thousand. She is a Devil Fruit user Soul-Soul Fruit which allows her to manipulate the souls of any living object or she can make alive any kind of nonliving object she is a massive power holder in One Piece verse. 

6.Sakazuki ( Sakazuki Akainu)

The current Fleet Admiral of the navy. He is one of the main antagonists in One Piece he was the man who murdered Ace in the Paramount War. He was one of the leading causes of White Beard’s loss in the Paramount War. 

After time skip he first appeared in Dressrosa Arc where he went to the Holy Land of Mariejois to meet 5 elders and there we officially got the Navy Fleet Admiral after Sengoku.

This man was an admiral who is a master in Busoshoku Haki and Kenbunshoku Haki but yet we don’t know if he has Houshouku Haki or not, but he is also very proficient in Advance Busoshoku and Advance Kenbunshoku but yet we don’t know about if he can use the Advance Kenbunshoku very well or not.

He is a Logia Devil Fruit user which is Magu-Magu no Mi, which holds the most destructive power among all Devil Fruits according to Oda Sensei. His Devil Fruit gives him the ability to surpass the power of Mera-Mera no Mi, also it allows the user to turn a particular part of his body or his whole body into the lava on his will. After awakening, it also seems to be possible that the user can create magma chambers and even make some volcanoes and can also erupt them at his own will.

5. Monkey D. Luffy

The main Protagonist of The One Piece series and also a Rubber man is none other than our beloved character Monkey.D.Luffy. He is the son of Monkey D. Dragon, the biggest criminal in One Piece and the Revolutionary Army Captain. Luffy is also the grandson of Hero of the Marines Monkey.D.Garp. 

But aside from his father and grandfather, Luffy is a different person he always seems to be a free soul out for a voyage on the sea to become the next Pirate King. He is the captain of Straw Hat Pirates. Luffy is currently a Yonko of the sea in manga alongside Shanks, Buggy, and Black Beard.

Luffy can use all 3 Haki including Advance Conqueror’s Haki and he also mastered all Haki even Ryou Haki by training in Wano. He can use the Future Site but he still can’t use the voice of all things which is an extension of Advance Kenbunshoku Haki. 

Luffy ate Gum-Gum no Mi which allowed him to become a man of rubber. Late it is revealed that his fruit is not a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit it’s actually a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit after awakening which allowed him to transform into the Sun God.

He has all the properties of rubber and he can manipulate the outer environment of his own will. He is also able to give the properties of rubber whatever he touches. With the power of his Haki infused with his Sun God Nika form he becomes too strong. 

4. Kaido

One of the previous Yonko of the sea and the captain of the Beast Pirates. He is also called the Strongest Creature alive on the Earth none other than Kaido. 

He first appeared in the Zou Arc where it’s shown that he was trying to commit suicide by falling from a sky island to the grounds but he is so durable that where he fell he created a huge hole by his body. 

His size is similar to Big Mom but instead of a fat belly like Big Mom’s, he has tons of muscles on his body.

He can use all 3 Haki including Advance Conqueror’s Haki.  He mastered all 3 kinds of Haki. He is a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit user which allows him to transform into a Mythical Dragon on its own will. After awakening his Devil Fruit he can become a dragon made by fire and its size is as big as Onigashima.

3. Monkey D. Garp

The Hero of the Marines aka Monkey D Garp is a Navy Vice Admiral, He first appeared in the Water 7 Arc to meet Luffy, his grandson who is a Yonko now.

Garp was the rival of the former Pirate King Gol.D.Roger alongside Edward Newgate aka WhiteBeard. Garp is a man who fought in the God Valley incident. With the help of King of the Pirates Gol.D.Roger, he defeated the Rocks Pirate.

Garp mastered 2 Haki but it’s unknown that can he use Conqueror’s Haki or not. But he doesn’t have any Devil Fruit abilities so it’s safe to say that he is a Conqueror’s Haki user.

2. Dracule Mihawk

Currently the Strongest Swordsman in the World. He is a rival of Akagami No Shanks who is the strongest Conqueror’s Haki user currently in the one-piece verse. 

Mihawk wields none other than the supreme great sword in One Piece verse Yoru.  It’s a permanent Black Blade.

Mihawk is a Pure Haki user he doesn’t have any Devil Fruit powers and he has mastered Busoshoku and Kenbunshoku Haki although we don’t know if he has Haoshoku Haki or not 

If he doesn’t have Haoshoku Haki it’s unimaginable thing that he can stop Advance Conqueror’s Haki coating attacks of Shanks with only Advance Busoshoku Haki then it also confirms that he is the strongest Haki user in the entire One Piece verse.

He has special Hawk eyesight which allows him to use Future Sight on its perfect version. It’s also heard that he can cut the sky with his sword’s attack. He is second ranking list of strongest characters in One Piece.

1. Akagami No Shanks

The strongest Conqueror’s Haki user in the current One Piece verse. He is the captain of Akagami aka Red Hair Pirates. Also one of the current 4 Yonkos of the sea. He is a Haki user and he doesn’t have any Devil Fruit abilities making him The Only Yonko who can swim xD

He lost his left hand in the process of saving Luffy from a Sea King. There we saw the use of Conqueror’s Haki for the first time although it was before the time skip so it was unknown to everyone but it also seemed to be a special unknown power to us. 

Shanks is the man who stopped the Kaido from invading the Marine Ford also he stopped the Paramount War on his own. He is one of the most mysterious characters in the entire one piece having the least screen time as a major character. 

Shanks is a swordsman and he wields a sabre named Gryphon.  He uses it by coating Advanced Haoshoku Haki and he is also the rival of the World’s Strongest Swordsman but after he lost his hand Mihawk disagrees to fight with him.

He was the former crewmate of the Roger Pirates. He got his straw hat from the previous Pirate King Gol.D.Roger then Shanks gave it to Luffy.

Shanks has mastered all kinds of Haki. Shanks got his Haki training from the Dark King Rayleigh who is the first mate of Pirates Kings Crew and also the Vice-Captain of Roger Pirates. Shanks is the strongest and most powerful character in One Piece till now.
