Today we will enlist the Best Ecchi Animes To Watch as we all know that animes are divided into genres. So let’s discuss the top 10 ecchi anime to watch like Shounen, Dark, Romantic, Adventure, etc. Ecchi is one of the most fan-favorite genres.

Ecchi anime is based on an adult comedy type’s storyline. This type of anime solely focuses on the fan service for the viewers to enjoy the show to its fullest.

In today’s list, there are many popular as well as new and underrated Ecchi animes. I made this list based on the plot, art style, comedy, etc.

Best Ecchi Anime List That You Don’t Miss in 2022

Super HxEros

Super HxEros is a Shounen, Ecchi anime based on the Japanese manga written and illustrated by  Ryōma Kitada. 

The story starts with Retto Enjo, a high school boy with his four high school girlfriends trying to protect the earth from aliens with their superpowers.

What? It feels common right but the twist is hidden in the aliens and the powers of our heroes.

The aliens known as Kiseichu does not kill humans they suck human’s erotic thoughts. Thus humans become uninterested in any kind of sensual activity. 

Kiseichu’s main objective is to stop human reproduction by draining all humans out of their desires. Hilarious isn’t it?

Now comes our little heroes as we all know that teenagers are the ones filled with the most erotic thoughts. To beat the Kiseichu one needs a huge Ero power source. The heroes turned their erotic thoughts into power and started fighting the aliens.

But the story does not end here. What happens next is a secret. Watch the show it’s worth watching.

Domestic Girlfriend

Unlike other animes in this list, it’s a Slice-of-Life anime. Domestic Girlfriend is the anime adaption of the famous Japanese manga series of the same name written and illustrated by Kei Sasuga.

Natsuo Fuji, the story’s main protagonist, has a huge crush on his school teacher, Hina Tachibana. But Natsuo is depressed about the fact that the teacher-student relationship is forbidden and a serious crime.

To move on Natsuo agrees to go to a mixer with his friends. There Natsuo ended up having his virginity taken by an unknown girl. But the girl made Natsuo promise to forget the event that happened between them.

After some time Natsuo’s father tells him that he is planning on re-marrying and wants Natsuo to meet his new mom and her two daughters. With a crazy twist of fate, Natsuo finds out that his new two step-sisters are Hina Tachibana (Natsuo’s Crush) & Rui Tachibana (the girl with whom Natsuo had broken his virginity).

For his father’s happiness, Natsuo agrees to the marriage but now Natsuo is living with his new step-sisters. What happens next is an interesting story.

Personally, I would say unlike other animes in this list this anime is rather sad and mature. The storyline is really good and the character developments are heartwarming. The show is totally worth watching.

Rosario + Vampire

Rosario + Vampire is a famous Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Akihisa Ikeda. The storyline is based on Romance, Comedy, Shounen, and Ecchi

A normal teenage boy Tsukune Aono accidentally enrols in a mysterious boarding school. His life changes drastically after joining the school.

In his very first class, he comes to know that Yokai Academy (the school he is attending) is not any ordinary school. It is a school specially made for the Monsters of Japan to learn about humans. Every student in this school is a monster.

Upon knowing this truth Tsukune tried to escape from this school but he failed and gets stuck in this school for a month.

***My review on this show is they nerfed Tsukune in the entire series. This show is one of the best examples of great manga trash anime. Aside from the manga, the show is pretty good but if you are a Shounen lover then go read the manga it’s worth it. It’s one of my favourite Shounen manga

Why the Hell Are You Here, Teacher!?

Just like Domestic Girlfriend, Why the Hell Are You Here, Teacher?! is also a Slice-of-Life anime. But it does not have a sad ending like Domestic Girlfriend. Written & illustrated by the famous Japanese author Soborou.

Why the Hell Are You Here, Teacher!? Is one of the funniest anime I have ever watched. It’s a short anime containing only 12 episodes. The whole anime is divided into four different storylines.

The four stories contain the romantic life of four high school boys and their teachers. How their teacher-student relationship turned into a romantic relationship is worth watching.

I highly recommend this anime because it is short and fun to watch. You won’t get bored while watching it. Every episode is filled with lots of fun.

Prison School

Prison School is an anime adaption of the manga Prison School written and illustrated by Akira Hiramoto. It is an Ecchi and a Comedy based anime of five high school boys enrolling in a girl’s school.

Kiyoshi and his four friends Takehito Morokuzu, Shingo Wakamoto, Jouji Nezu, and Reiji Andou enrolled in Hachimitsu Academy. It was an all-girls school but due to a lack of students, they decided to make it Co-education School. But it was the first year so only five male students enrolled in the school and started staying in the male dorm.

Kiyoshi and his friends were going crazy thinking about the fact that they are in a school where aside from them everyone else is a girl. But they noticed that no girl is talking with them they did not know the reason. As we know good time never stays long they got caught while peeping in the woman’s washroom. Then they were imprisoned in the school by the Student Council.

What happens next is a hilarious and interesting story. Unlike other animes, this anime solely focuses on comedy and ecchi. It is really fun to watch.

Highschool of the Dead

Highschool of the Dead is one of my favourite zombie anime. The plot and animation were perfect. It is the anime adaption of the famous manga of the same name written by Daisuke Satō and illustrated by Shōji Satō.

The anime starts with Komuro Takashi a high school boy finding out a strange disease spread in the town turning everyone into a zombie. He runs out of his class with his ex-girlfriend and his friend. His friend died in the course of rescuing the girl.

Just like Takashi some other students also managed to survive the sudden outbreak of zombies they gathered and ran out of school. Then they found out that it is not only their locality the whole world is currently fighting with the same problem.

It’s now a world of survival. You have to triumph over the dead to survive. What happens next is an interesting story….

About Highschool of the Dead, I want to make something clear this is one of the best Ecchi anime I have ever seen with a nice plot and great characters but it will never get a new season or the manga will never get new chapters because the author of the series died in 2017. After his death, Shōji Satō and the team decided to stop the series and keep this as a legacy of Daisuke Satō. If they change their mind in the future which has a low chance of happening we will get new seasons but until then…..

World’s End Harem

The last Slice-of-Life anime on this list. Most likely World’s End Harem has the most logical plot in the whole list xD.

World’s End Harem is the anime adaption of a famous Japanese manga & novel written by LINK and illustrated by Kotarou Shouno. It is a Science friction based story.

The story starts with Reito Mizuhara the main protagonist of the story waking up from his cold sleep. Shortly after he wakes up he finds out that the outer world has completely changed during his long sleep. A new virus, MK Virus has killed all men in the world and the world is now full of women. To resurrect the world population & the male-female balance Japanese United Women or UW (current world rulers) requested Reito to mate with other women.

Reito remembered the last incident that happened to him before going to cold sleep. He was a student at National Advanced Medical School. He had a girlfriend, Elisa Tachibana. Reito had cellular sclerosis to cure it he had to go to cold sleep before going to sleep Elisa & Reito promised each other that they will meet again after sleep. To keep that promise Reito denied to mate with anyone and decided to find a cure for MK Virus.

World’s End Harem is a great story with the perfect balance of romance, suspense, and adult content. To know the rest of the story watch the show & you can read the manga too. It’s already complete.

The Testament of Sister New Devil

The Testament of Sister New Devil is a famous Japanese Shounen light novel written by Tetsuto Uesu and illustrated by Nekosuke Ōkuma. Among all the animes in this list, it has one of the best fighting scenes.

Toujo Basara a high schooler was living a normal life with his father. One day his father informed him that he is planning of remarrying and took Basara to meet his two new step sisters.

After the meetup, they started living together but the sisters or their father never introduced Basara to his new mother they always said she is outside of the town and she will meet them shortly. After a few days, his father went on a business trip. Basara is now living with two step sisters of his same age under the same roof.

Imagine how fascinating it is to live with two beautiful sisters of your age in the same house and no adult around you xD.

The day his father went out of town Basara found out that his sisters are not human they are Demons. They were finding an habitant in the human world that’s why they tricked Basara’s father into the marriage and there’s no mother in reality. They said Basara to leave the house or they will kill him. But Basara denied to leave the house and they attacked Basara.

What do you think happened next? The next incident is something that you can’t even dream of. The story is nice and the fan service about that I assure you, you will need a lot of tissues for the entire series xD.

Redo Of Healer

Redo of Healer is an anime that has every kind of kinky idea and fetish xD. It is the anime adaptation of a famous Japanese light novel written by Rui Tsukiyo and illustrated by Shiokonbu. It is one of among top 10 ecchi anime to watch in 2022.

The story starts with a boy named Kureha who has been chosen as a Hero to fight the demons. He has the unique ability of Healing. The Princess of his country took him with her to join the army. The Princess Flare is the Magic Hero. The princess and the nation’s king everyone acted very nicely to him because of his powerful healing ability which can even re-grow a cut limb. But this power has a back draw the person Kureha heals his/her every pain and bad memory that comes inside Kureha while healing which is a really painful thing. So he requested to spare him from using this ability.

Flare seemed a little disappointed but she agreed with him. Kureha was obsessed with Flare as she was so caring, elegant, royal blood but so down to earth. But so little did my boy Kureha know about her. In reality, Princess Flare is one of the biggest evil character of the series. She drugged Kureha and forced him to use his ability. Then she and her fellow heroes tormented Kureha for power-ups.

At first, Kureha did everything they said because he was drugged but later he developed drug resistance and started planning to take revenge. He developed a new skill with that he absorbed every one’s stats and skills. Then he killed the Demon Lord.

What do you think is the end of the story? Nope, how do you think he took his revenge?

Well, that’s a secret I can just say that killing the Demon Lord is just the beginning of the story. He took his revenge on everyone who tormented him in a unique and twisted way. The action scenes of this show are pretty decent and the fan service as I have already said in the beginning this show has every kind of kinky idea & fetish which we can dream of.

This show is not for average watchers I am warning you. It has serious torcher scenes throughout the show. So watch at your own risk!

High School DxD

High School DxD is the most popular and fan-favourite Ecchi Shounen anime of all time. Btw it’s my favourite show too xD.

High School DxD is the anime adaptation of the famous Japanese light novel series written by Ichiei Ishibumi and illustrated by Miyama-Zero. It has four seasons with a great art style and op-character design.

The story starts with a high school boy Issei Hyoudou lying on the school ground with his two friends wanting to do something crazy. Issei is by far the most perverted anime character I have ever seen. But that is what makes him special.

Issei studies at Kuoh Academy. According to his friend Motohama, this private school Kuoh Academy recently turned coed from an all-girl school. So this school has an overwhelming high ratio of girls concerning boys. Thus this school has some foreigners and beautiful girls.

Rias Gremory is one of the foreign girls of Kuoh Academy and she is known to be the most beautiful girl in this school. According to Issei,” Her hair is more crimson than strawberry blonde;” Rias is a third-year student. She is the president of the Occult Research Club.

Leave her, for now, let’s return to our mc Issei. So despite being in this school full of girls Issei still doesn’t have any girlfriend. One day on his way of returning home from school Issei met a beautiful girl from a different school. Surprisingly this girl Yuma Amano was looking for Issei because she wants to go out with Issei. Issei was amazed and overjoyed with pleasure. He accepted Yuma.

Issei was having a great time with his new girlfriend Yuma. He was really happy with going to school while holding hands, etc many things happened to him. Yuma proposed Issei to go on a date with her. Issei was speechless to hear it. Issei went on a date with her and enjoyed it a lot.

But as we all know life does not always go in the way you want it to. Issei was killed by Yuma on that date. Before dying, Issei saw that Yuma has two black wings on her back and she introduced herself as a Fallen Angel after that she stabbed Issei with a ray of light. While dying Issei’s last wish was to die in the lap of Rias.

Perverted isn’t it? But you know what his pervertedness saved his life before dying Issei saw a glimpse of a girl with beautiful red hair appear in front of him. She had two black wings like Devils in her back. She said,” Devote your life to me”

The next day Issei woke up in his bed and thought that the whole thing was just a dream. He asked his friends Matsuda & Motohama about Yuma but they had completely forgotten her. Her contact nom was not in Issei’s phone. It was as if she never existed in the first place.

Issei was puzzled by all these things happening around him. He was returning home from school. He went to the park where he was stabbed by Yuma. Suddenly he felt a shiver in his whole body he turned back and saw a man coming towards him. Issei felt some kind of unknown danger from him and tried to run. But that man flew in front of him with the same black wings as Yuma and stabbed Issei with a ray of light.

Once again Issei was on his death bed but before the man had given his finishing blow Rias appeared and saved Issei after that Issei lost consciousness. The next he woke up in his bed. He thought that it was another crazy dream but then he found out that there was another person on the bed. Do you want to know who was that person?

Watch the show to know the answer. I assure you it’s the best Ecchi anime of all time. It has pretty good fight scenes too. About the fan service, I will just say that it competed with so many other Ecchi animes and achieved first place what do you think gave it the first place?
